KMA Human Resources and TPS Group Announce Strategic Partnership
On June 10, KMA and TPS Group announced a new strategic relationship by which TPS will expand its Human Resources consulting division into northern New England through a partnership with KMA. Through KMA, TPS now offers clients several packages of HR services and hourly HR consulting services, including compliance with state and federal employment laws (including HR compliance reviews), review and revision of client HR forms and documents (including employee handbooks), employment record-keeping and filing, compensation issues, performance management, employee relations, benefit planning, recruiting and talent retention, and training.
