What is the most valuable business lesson you have learned?
“As a business owner, the most important lesson I’ve learned is the power of the relationships all around you. You can’t do everything on your own. You might have a great idea, or you might have a particular passion, but you need to be able to communicate those things well to your team, and encourage their input and ideas as a way of helping them to grow. It’s all about building relationships – with the people who work for you and with you. Being a supporter or cheerleader of their success is how you build a strong team.”
