Now in its 16th year, the Maine State Council of the Society for Human Resources Management has named 100 companies to the 2021 Best Places to Work in Maine list. The 100 winners, split into different size categories (small, medium, and large employers), were revealed in ranked order in the October 18th special awards publication produced by Mainebiz.
Participating companies receive an employee feedback report from Best Companies Group, the organization that manages the ranking program. Employee feedback is a critical component of developing positive workplace culture and we congratulate all 100 employers who have been named a “best place to work” for their incredible efforts to establish and consistently foster outstanding workplace environments.
