Holly Lancaster has more than 20 years of experience in recruiting, sales, and client service. She thoroughly enjoys helping organizations achieve their business goals through hiring and retaining top talent, and believes that matching people with companies is all about getting to know the key players and what inspires and motivates them.

“KMA’s unique approach to recruiting really complements my own personal philosophy,” she explains. “Finding top talent is just the beginning. It’s equally important to be able to recognize the candidate who will be an engaged and productive employee for the long term. That’s a number one priority for KMA, built on our collective years of experience matching skillsets with job descriptions, and personalities with cultures, to achieve the best fit.”

Throughout her career, Holly has worked in sales, engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, government, and technology, among other industries. She earned her B.A. from West Virginia University in English Communications.

A Scarborough resident, Holly and her family enjoy all that Maine has to offer—from beaches to mountains and everything in between. She also devotes her energies to EmpowerME, a nonprofit she co-founded that’s committed to empowering communities through documentary film.

Holly will be heading up KMA’s recruiting department and will be responsible for its strategic growth, while serving clients and managing the recruiting team.
