What do you love most about the work you are doing today?
“I absolutely love coaching, mentoring, developing, and leading my team of about 90 co-workers. I am very fortunate to have gone through extensive leadership training through the use of an Executive Coach. I find it extremely rewarding when I can utilize the coaching leadership tools I have been given, coach existing members of my management team on how to utilize the tools, as well as teach future emerging leaders of the company. When a co-worker thanks me for helping them grow and develop professionally, I know I’m doing my job well, and that makes the work I do pure joy.”
