What do you consider to be a leader’s greatest strength?
“I think the most effective leaders have the same essential qualities of confidence, passion and a strength of belief in what they’re trying to accomplish. My style of leadership revolves around relationships — understanding the people and the personalities I’m working with, and making sure everyone feels involved and included. I’ve learned that knowing what motivates my team and approaching my role with empathy and understanding is what makes good things happen.”
