Chelsea has more than a decade of HR experience in recruitment, federal and state compliance, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits administration, and employee handbook creation.
Since 2011, Chelsea and her husband have owned and operated Baxter Brewing in Lewiston, with Chelsea handling the financials, recruiting and employee management.
Chelsea is a part of KMA’s dynamic Recruiting Team where she continues to hone her skills while enjoying the diversity of industries and projects she can impact.
A graduate of Susquehanna University with a degree in International Studies, Chelsea also earned her HR Certificate from the University of Southern Maine and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Chelsea and her husband live in Falmouth where they are raising their son. In addition to volunteering in the community, Chelsea enjoys experiencing the outdoors with her family. They like to spend time hiking, snowshoeing, and relaxing at the beach together.
