Debbie Pearl has over 30 years of Human Resources experience, specializing in talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, acquisitions, process improvement and development and HR/ATS integration and training.

She has worked in a variety of industries, including healthcare, biomedical, logistics and distribution and information technology. Debbie has an AS in Business Administration, and is SPHR and MBTI certified.

An animal lover and advocate, in her free time Debbie enjoys cooking, baking, gardening and being outdoors.
