Rebecca Kirkland has an abundance of experience in both recruiting and HR advising, including onboarding, employee relations, performance evaluations, employee training, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. She also brings expertise working directly with employees and union leadership to settle grievances within the guidelines of a collective bargaining agreement.
Rebecca holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maine at Orono, a Masters’ Degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University, and she completed a Masters’ program in Educational Leadership at California Lutheran University.
After many years away, Rebecca enjoys rediscovering the Maine coast and hiking trails with her husband and her two pups. She also enjoys spending time with her adult children, cooking, and renovating her home.
