Denis H. “Hank” Payne has joined the KMA Human Resources Consulting team as Sales and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, Hank is supporting the business development, marketing, and training divisions of KMA.
He is a recent graduate of Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana, where he earned a BS in Business Marketing. In Bozeman, he worked as marketing intern for “The Other Guys,” providing market analysis, digital marketing services, and creating apparel mockups and artwork for a custom apparel company.
“Whether in school or on the job, I tend to find myself in leadership positions that are team-oriented. I have served as a peer counselor in high school, sports team captain in both high school and college, and as shift supervisor and new-employee trainer,” he explains. “I take pride in providing customer satisfaction and brainstorming new ways to improve the customer experience.”
