Every year, KMA supports various communities and organizations by donating money, resources, and staff time to local efforts designed to pay it forward.
In addition, we encourage our employees to participate in a pay it forward activity, like volunteering on boards, with community organizations, and/or fundraising activities to enrich the lives of friends, neighbors, and people they don’t even know.
In these small ways, we live up to our value of being engaged community citizens and to continue to do the right thing.
Take the Pay it Forward Challenge
We challenge you to do one good thing—big or small—for someone else this week, and do it without the expectation of getting something in return. Simply ask recipients to “pay it forward” by doing something nice for someone else!
